Up for auction is an all original 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. This is a low mileage unmolested original with only 41,027 miles. It has a clean Ohio title. This car was in indoor storage for the last 25 years. If you are looking for an original car to restore this is the one. This car has a very good original interior and it is a great heather color. It is like a time capsule sitting inside this car. The dash is in great shape, so is the steering wheel, door panels and headliner. The seats are still very soft and plush and are in very good shape. Not dried out and crispy.The trunk compartment is also in very good shape and is complete with the jack assembly. I also have the original spare and hold down. It is an overall solid car. The car has power windows, autronic eye, wonderbar radio, ezeye glass, 6 way power seat, power steering and power brakes. I put a battery in it and all 4 windows go up and down smoothly, the seat works well in all directions, the power antennae works well, the radio works, the blower motor works, and the the lights work. The horn does not blow and the wiper motor does not work. All the interior and exterior stainless trim is in very good shape, and none of the glass is broken. As for mechanics, everything will need to be gone through but it is all there. The exhaust is rusted out, and the gas tank will need to be replaced. I checked the motor and all valves are free but one cylinder has the rings stuck. I have it soaking in mystery oil. I think once it soaks for a while the motor will eventually turn over. It has some rust but nothing major. It will need front lower fender patch panels which are available new. It also has one small hole in the trunk floor and one on the drivers side where the firewall meets the toe board behind the drivers side front fender. I included pictures of these areas. These are very common spots on these cars. The inner and outer rockers, doors, quarters, floors, hood, and deck lid are all solid. It comes with the original hubcaps and fender skirts also. The rear bumper ends are rusted out . I can supply a good set for an additional price. I did not mention this car is equipped with factory fog lights and power locks as well as the other options listed. I also did not mention it has the original front floor mats and a nice aftermarket period correct rear floor mat that was in the car when I got it. I have also included requested photos of the engine compartment, under hood, under decklid, and door bottoms to show that they are all solid. I also included pictures of the spare tire and hold down and accessories, pictures of the hubcaps and fender skirts. The original skirts were off the car when it was stored and they were stored poorly. I forgot they were not in very good shape. I have added pictures of the originals and also pictures of a nice solid set that are included with the purchase of the car at no additional charge. I am also including a set of new ratiator hoses as the old ones are not on the car.
