I'm selling my 2002 Lexus IS 300. It has been in the family since around 2004. The car is my daily transportation and I find it to be quite reliable. There are, however, a few things that may need attending to now, or in the near future. : The lower control arm bushings; Hood rod (support) clip; the smell of fuel whenever the tank is filled; (not sure whether a hose or clamp is loose); and as a result, the engine light stays on, along with the another light on the dash. There are some scratches, small dents and scuff marks - as expected for a car its age. A CD got stuck in the player which I'm unable to get out. but radio plays with no problem. Car has never had any body repair work done to it, but there are two rust spots on the trunk lid as seen in photo. Can't think of anything else. Will be glad to answer any questions pertaining to the car, based on my knowledge of its condition.
