This Hayabusa has a HMF dual high-mount carbon exhaust (stock system included), Gilles rear sets, a Brembo front brake master, S/S front lines, GSXR 1000 radial-mount front brakes and forks (original forks, triple tree and brakes included) TRE, Power Commander, +2 rear sprocket and more. I have owned this bike since new and it has never been dropped, down or abused. It is a tremendously fast motorcycle that is in excellent overall condition. The HMF full system is stainless steel with carbon cans and sounds great. Not excessively loud, but has a wonderful sound. The only substantial blemish is the front fender. It is completely useable, but has a crack and really should be replaced by a Gen 2 or a GSXR fender.
