Times change... Priorities shift... And sadly, my vision shall never be. I was in the midst of setting this bike up for the apocalypse, but the project stalled out. I got the Continental TKC's, she already has the battle scars, never got around to the ammo can saddle bags or cross bow mount. My kid is 5 now, and all my free time is being spent riding bicycles. So its time to let her go. I'm just gonna cut and paste details from the Sellers Notes. "STATOR COVER HAS THE BIGGEST SCUFFS. LEFT SIDE FRAME IS SCRATCHED FROM GEAR SHIFTER STIKE. LEFT SIDE RADIATOR COWL AND CONNECTING TURN SIGNAL ARE SCUFFED. LEFT FOOT PEG HAS MINOR SCUFF. CUSH DRIVE COVER IS SCUFFED. LEFT SIDE MUFFLER HAS SOME MINOR SCUFFS. HANDLE BAR END WEIGHTS/CAPS ARE BOTH MISSING. CLUTCH COVER HAS A VERY MINOR SCUFF. " Everything is purely cosmetic. The bike has absolutely no mechanical issues! The old stock linkage type gear shifter was crap. So I installed the Sunline yz-80 alloy shifter, which is a must do upgrade on these bikes. Look that up on the forums if you don't know. I still have the stock one, undamaged if you want it. I'll go over the right side first.... In the first couple of months of my ownership, I tried a really low speed turn in a gas station parking spot and she buckled over on me. That is what put the very small scuff in the clutch cover. It also scuffed up the bar end mirror and end cap. Now for the left side... Long story short, some kid switched lanes in front of me coming out of a stop light and I locked up the front brake. I went down around 25-35mph. I ripped my sweet Royal Enfield shirt, but I was able to ride her home. I replaced the clutch handle. Got rid of the damaged bar end mirrors, and installed the stock ones. And I replaced the Sunline gear shifter with a new Sunline gear shifter. I had a perfectly fine stock linkage type gear shifter, but I couldn't go back to that. This all happened in the fall of 2012. You can see in the pictures that the steering stops where NOT damaged at all. The handle bar is straight as new. The frame is scratched from where the gear shifter struck it, but no structural damage what so ever. I have put around a thousand miles on the bike since. The Continental TKC's where installed September of 2014 and have around 350 miles on them. They are F'n sweet and you will catch smiles at every stop. The first two pictures are minus a few plastic and chrome bits..... that's how I rode it. All the other pics are the stock set up. The Arrow slip-ons sound amazing. Not Jap bike obnoxious, but deep and manly. Under the seat is a one year old battery with battery tender hook-ups, complete tool kit, spare oem oil filter and three oil plug crush washers. She'll need an oil change this fall if you want to keep up with my yearly schedule. Well everyone, I better stop rambling on. Please email me if you want to ask any questions. Good Luck and Happy Bidding!
