1987 Mazda RX-7 You are bidding on a 1987 Mazda RX-7 Turbo II 5 speed with 97,281 miles on it. I bought the car a few years ago with the hope of making it my daily driver, but with a new kid those hopes quickly faded away. The Good: The car runs and drives, the turbo is strong (you will know when it kicks on). But it needs to be tuned. Idle is rough and it hesitates at times when driving. I have had the engine wire harness revamped, installed new vacuum lines and replaced the ECU with a Power FC ECU. Just about everything works except for the factory boost gage due to the Power FC upgrade. It has been garage kept since I’ve owned it. This car comes with tons of extra parts that I bought, but never got a chance to install. Mods: AC have been removed Full IMotoria 3 inch turbo back exhaust Power FC ECU upgrade Tenzo wheels Emissions were fully deleted by previous owner, took out weight and the craziness that is the stock emissions system on the car. (WILL not pass Emissions!) Exterior Body is pretty straight for a 25 year old car, I had it painted a few years ago, but when I was leaving work one day I saw that there were some dings and dents on the driver side. Looks like someone was cutting the grass and they hit some rocks or something. Interior: Interior carpet and seat are in pretty good condition (gray in the front and black in the rear), door panels are in great condition NO CRACKS in the dash! But it has bubbled up some over the steering wheel from the heat. Installed the rear privacy trunk cover The Bad: There has to be some bad, the car is almost 30 year old and is not going to be perfect Body looks great from about 10 feet away but those dings and dents become visible the closer you get The rims has some curbing and scratches Won’t pass emissions Something drains the battery, I have tried to find what drains it but cant.
