Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $60 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be performed. HERE IS THE INFO ON THE VEHICLE: MALIBU LS V6 AUTOMATIC POWER WINDOWS POWER DOOR LOCKS TILT CRUISE CD PLAYER MOONROOF ALLOY WHEELS ABS THE CAR STARTS UP AND RUNS STRONG. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTH. ALL THE POWER ACCESSORIES WORK ON THE CAR. THE A/C SOMETIMES BLOW COLD, SOMETIMES HOT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAINTED ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO. IT IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE INTERIOR IS A GREY CLOTH, IT IS IN OVERALL GOOD CONDITION, WITH MINOR WEAR AND TEAR SHOWING. THE TIRES AND BRAKES ARE GOOD ON THE CAR. THE HEADLINER PART THAT COVERS THE MOONROOF AREA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT IS SAGGING DOWN. THIS IS A GREAT RUNNING VEHICLE AND WOULD BE A GREAT COMMUTER OR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. After purchase, a $150 deposit must be paid through Paypal within 24 hours of purchase. The deposit must be made on Paypal even if you are local and will be coming in to pick up the vehicle yourself. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $10 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.
