Hello, for your consideration today is a Classic 1997 Chevrolet 30thAnniversary Z28 Convertible in a desired 6 speed with 50K miles on her. This is not a dealer vehicle, I'm a private owner and this is my personal vehicle driven on the weekends. This is a rare classic to find today in VGC and the final year of the LT1 350 engine having been produced in very limited numbers in 1997. This classic Z28, 6 speed convertible has benefited from literally thousands of dollars of costly updates including a new fuel pump, brakes, 4 new tires, radiator, hoses, fans, crank shaft gaskets and bolts, high performance thermostat, alternator, Flo Master exhaust which make it run, drive, and handle like a much more modern vehicle while retaining a stock appearance, classic looks, and an all-day comfortable ride. For me, this Z28 is a sunny weekend machine only and is always garaged and covered. The engine pulls like an absolute freight train. In its current state of tune the engine produces about 330 horsepower. I’ve always used 93+ octane premium pump fuel. I have set what I believe is a very fair price on my vehicle, particularly in light of the tremendous investment of both time and finances in this machine. The advantage is you'll now receive a vehicle which happens to be extremely rare and collectible today. The vehicle has a CLEAN CARFAX REPORT and I do have a clear PA title for the vehicle. The winning bidder will be required to pay a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit via PayPal within 3 days of the close of the auction. I will accept Cash or Bank Cashier’s Check payment only for the remaining balance for the vehicle. The vehicle will not leave my garage until the Cashiers Check clears as there are too many scammers out there. While in VG condition, please realize you are purchasing an 18 year old vehicle, not a brand new one. Expect under very close scrutiny to find minute nicks, scuffs and general signs of use. Personal inspections are welcomed and encouraged. There will be no games on my end; I expect the same from the buyer. The reason I'm selling the vehicle is to make room in the garage for a Harley-Davidson that I already purchased. I will help out with shipping as in being home when the driver comes etc, but I will not cover your shipping costs. All sales are final, a vehicle warranty is NOT included with this auction. That is NOT from this vehicle. I wanted to swap out the analog for digital, I bought a digital cluster, when taking the analog cluster out I cracked the plastic on the original cluster. I put the digital one in and it was broken. I bought an analog cluster for the plastic only, fixed the one that's in the vehicle and now selling the other one that I bought. I do have the Carfax report reflecting the actual miles that are on the car. Thank you for viewing my ad. David
