Up for sale is my personally owned excellent running Chevrolet Express Van that was set up to be an Electrical Contractors Truck for a new business venture with my friend and I. Due to the increase in our business and the need for larger rigging we could not use this truck for our daily work load, so therefore we are selling here on Ebay with no reserve and to the highest bidder. The last bidder could not finalize the transaction so we are listing it here again, so please make sure you have all finances ready and bid to win. When we bought this van two years ago we wanted to make sure that it was road ready and every aspect of it was perfect so a considerable amount of work was done to make it pass a rigid NY State DMV Inspection. The transmission was overhauled by a local Transmission at a cost of $1700.00 and still has a mileage warranty on it, and the entire braking system has been overhauled, including all new brake lines, pads, rotors, calipers, and a master cylinder install. The front end has also been overhauled, with brand new tie rods, steering box and associated parts, and the suspension rides like new. One tire is brand new and the other three have at least 70% tread wear left on it , and a new battery has been installed, and there has been a complete engine and tune-up where every filter, plug and fluid has been changed less than 1000 miles ago. The cooling system has been overhauled too, with a brand new radiator, water pump, thermostat, and a rebuilt starter and alternator have also been installed less than 500 miles ago. The air conditioning does not blow cold and will need a recharge and service. This truck is ready to work and work now and needs nothing to make its new owner money, and it can travel long distances across the country with no problem. All electronics work as they should and inside the payload area there is a dividing security gate and a full contractor shelving unit that alone is worth over 1,000. The only thing that could use attention is that the locks on the side and the back rear doors do not work. The doors open and close perfectly, but do not lock, so we were going to put contractor hockey puck grade locks to secure the doors but haven’t done it, and that will be up to the new owner. The body all in all is very straight with minor nicks and scrapes as illustrated but overall for an 18 year old truck it is very good and looks like a 2007 truck! There is also a commercial grade trailer hitch and ball installed below the rear bumper housing and has a wiring coupler installed as well.
