Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $60 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be performed. HERE IS THE INFO ON THE CAR: 1994 MERCEDES E320 6 CYLINDER AUTOMATIC POWER WINDOWS POWER DOOR LOCKS TILT CRUISE LEATHER SEATS POWER SEATS SUNROOF ALLOY WHEELS ABS THIS IS A VERY NICE E320. THE CAR IS ABOVE AVERAGE. THIS CAR WAS WELL KEPT AND IS A CALIFORNIA RUST FREE CAR. THE VEHICLE STARTS UP AND RUNS STRONG. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS WELL. ALL THE POWER ACCESSORIES WORK ON THE CAR. THE A/C BLOWS WARM. THE EXTERIOR IS IN VERY NICE SHAPE, ITS ORIGINAL PAINT AND IT HAS MINIMAL WEAR AND TEAR. IT HAS A FEW SMALL SCRATCHES AND CHIPS AND A DENT BELOW THE TRUNK (SEE PICTURES). THE INTERIOR IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND THE TIRES/BRAKES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE VEHICLE DID PASS THE CA SMOG TEST. VEHICLE HAS BEEN SMOGGED, BUYER WILL RECEIVE SMOG CERTIFICATE DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of ther buyer, please go on the DMV website to check current fees. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. After purchase, a $150 deposit must be paid through Paypal within 24 hours of purchase. The deposit must be made on Paypal even if you are local and will be coming in to pick up the vehicle yourself. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $10 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle. Transport: We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers and transport to the port for all international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
