Starting with a 1975 R90/6, the bike was restored and modifies as follows: From bare frame everything was either refurbished, rebuilt, restored, modified, serviced or replaced as necessary. Engine, transmission, diff, hubs, are now a low gloss black. Original gas tank was repainted with top quality Glasurit paint as were the CUSTOM FRONT AND REAR FENDERS and brackets. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM REFURBISHED INCLUDES NEW GELL CELL BATTERY. HAS STOCK SIDE STAND. Bike starts instantly and runs as new. Gearbox shifts as smooth as butter through all 5 gears. CUSTOM STEIGER SEAT (original equipment on vintage BMW bikes. MODIFIED FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION. CUSTOM COIL-OVER REAR SHOCKS INSTALLED. SHOWA CUSTOM 40mm. FORKS and triple tree. Ride is much improved over stock, a real pleasure to ride, super comfortable. Top quality COKER TIRES front and rear with STAINLESS STEEL SPOKES. REBUILT R100 1000cc ENGINE installed from low miles (28k original) bike. Complete top end rebuild with new piston rings, complete cylinder head valve job. Carbs completely rebuilt.
