Vehicle Detail
1962 Chevy Corvair Convertible-Monza 900 1962 Chevy Corvair ConvertibleMonza 900 I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles. Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle. This is one of those items: We received this beautiful Corvair from a very dear friend in Texas. The Corvair originally came from Tucson, Arizona. Our friend spared no expense to restore the car to a fabulous condition. This is an older restoration and the total cost of the restoration was over 10k. The car runs and drives like brand new and looks fantastic. Please refer to the pictures. Even though our friend spent so much time and money restoring the car he barely drove it as it was just a toy to him. The car has a new engine, new transmission, new paint job, new carburetor rebuild, new gas tank, new interior, new wheels, etc. The restoration was completed several years ago. The car is absolutely solid with no rust what so ever. Even though the carburetors have been upgraded we have all the original carburetor covers etc per pictures. Please remember that even thought this is a beautiful/mint car it is not a 100 point car:The back bumper has a very slight bend in it. All the parts have been done by a famous Corvair Specialist and we have all the receipts. The car runs and drives fantastic and looks like brand new. It comes with a clear Texas title and all it needs is a new home. We can deliver to a short distance for a very reasonable price within Texas. All the inspections must be done before the auction closes.Remember that this classic automobile is 52 years old. Please remember that things always look better in pictures. So you are more than welcome to come see it in person. Your bid is your contract. Please place bids only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase the item.We require a $300 non-refundable deposit immediately after the bidding closes and the remaining balance within a week. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The automobile will be sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any bid for excessive negative feedback. And I may also advertise it locally. GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN BUILDING A BETTER EXPERIENCE ONE CUSTOMER/FRIEND AT A TIME
