This 1998 Dodge Viper GTS is a two owner car. I have owned it since 2006, and when I bought it, it had 3,200 miles on the odometer. The original owner lived in San Diego. It now has only 20,000 miles on it. The vehicle is in excellent condition and has had regular maintenance, which I have done mostly myself. The car has no oil leaks whatsoever. It has been on the track a few times when I first bought it, as I needed to take some HPDE classes to learn to drive it. My wife did not take the classes and consequently tagged a short wall with the front of the car. Frame was not damaged but the front fascia and hood was damaged, therefore, It has the Autoform Daytona body kit on it including the front fascia and rear spoiler. It has a functional front splitter and tow hook. This Autoform kit was necessary here in Arizona, as it keeps the car much cooler. Notice all of the extra hood vents. All lights and gauges work, and the Daytona front lights really help! The car has Billy Bolt headers with a Borla 4 inch Cat Back exhaust and a K&N cold air intake system. It also has GTS-R ignition wires and a quick disconnect for the battery. I also bought a set of ACR Wheels for it and upgraded the springs on the suspension. The interior is stock with the addition of a set of original Oreca racing seat belts, and a fire extinguisher. A High Performance Clutch and Flywheel was added about a year ago. It also has an optima battery. This car only needs bigger brakes to be a great track car. This car has not been on a race track since the Salt Lake City Viper convention in 2010. I also had a clear bra installed about 4 years ago, on the front, mirrors, and rear wheel leading edge of the body. I don't want to sell this car, but I need to build a shop, so something has to go!
