Okay Car needs : radiator, 4 tires ( have tread and hold air, but are old), front shocks, belts, hoses, and has a repairable hole in the frame. The a/c does not work, some of the door locks do not work (lube ??) the radio antenna is missing, but the radio does power up. There is rust, but I think the car is still presentable.
