Barn find. Same owner since 1984 until recently. This Mustang has a great 289 2bbl engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning and power steering. The car runs and drives as it should. The car has lots of new parts: New gas tank, seat upholstery, carpet, door panels, dash pad, gauge bezel, alternator, tires, emblems and newer windshield. The brakes were reworked to good standards including some brake lines. The Holley 2bb carb was rebuilt. It's a solid car that looks good from a short distance. It has an older paint job with flaws. While it looks and drives very nice, it is not a "show" quality car as some of the chrome has some pitting and there's a small amount of rust on the front bumper,etc. It is painted the metallic ivy green as per trim code and the black interior is also per trim code with no tears in the seats or headliner. Much better than your normal Mustang! The radio does not work. The air blows but doesn't get cold and the power steering needs rebuilding. Just had some electrical work done including a new fuel sending unit in the tank I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Ford didn't put VINs on the engines in '65 & '66, but I believe it's a numbers matching car.
