Up for auction is a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette 25th Anniversary Edition Matching Numbers!! Up for auction is a L48 5.7L, 350 cu inch V8, 1978 Chevy Corvette, automatic with T Tops. A rare Matching numbers car, has not been chopped up! Low original miles. 0-60 time in 7.8 seconds and top speed of 123 mph Runs and drives great, solid on the road, has good power, transmission smooth. Tires are brand new with less than 500 miles. Has had regular maintenance. · Tachometer and speedometer designed to match the new “aircraft styled” center console and gauge cluster· Has the silver anniversary nose and fuel door emblems.· Heat, wipers, headlights etc. all work well· Overall exterior is in good shape with paint showing some age. There is a ding on the front drivers’ side, see pics. Little to no rust· Interior is in good shape could use some work like door panels.· When turn signals are turned on the gauges go back and forth.
