Technical side:Engine runs smoothly and nicely - check. Suspension works without issues - check. Transmission is in very good condition - check.Air conditioning works - check.Steering wheel with hydraulic booster - check.Automatic door locks and windows - check.Newer tires - check.Clean title - check. This is an original California van that has been driven on rather smooth roads and in good weather since the beginning of its days.I have driven this van from LA to San Francisco a couple of weeks ago and it was great fun.Turn-key jump in and drive van. Does not require maintenance at this stage and is fully roadworthy and completely ready for your next big road trip.It is a better solution than a camper, because it fits into most secure parking lots, car washes and drives way better than something that is more bulky. New(!) front disc brake rotors and brake pads. Oil has been changed 1000 miles earlier.Mileage is a bit on the higher side and is at 202072 miles right now. These are mostly highway miles and and the high mileage does not affect the engine and the integrity of the vehicle in a whatsoever noticeable manner. The only real problem that this van now has is it requires a new front passenger window mechanism, which costs about a $150 with labour to replace.Also it is advisable to replace the curtains which do not close entirely across the perimeter on all windows. Exterior:Very good exterior with only some minor rusting on the roof and a tiny microscopic ding in the front bumper. Photographs have been made just prior to uploading them, so what you see is what you will get.Overall almost no issues with the exterior whatsoever, looks perfect from a 10 foot distance.If you're very picky you'll notice some minor flaws upon close examination, which are easy to fix if you get down to doing it. Interior:Clean interior. Carpets are orderly, seats are tidy. Dashboard is clean.Seats do not wobble, everything is quite coherent and in presentable condition.Rear couch converts into a rather comfortable bed.Safe windows in the conversion bed side of the van could be opened at night and let in fresh air during your nighttime dreams of catching waves at California's best surf breaks. This van has seen some very fun days in Los Angeles, San Clemente, Cayucos, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and San Diego and it is positively charged for you to have a super fun time this summer season and seasons to come if you decide to keep it. In a couple of years this will become a classic vehicle and will appreciate in value considerably.Body is in great shape to be restored to impeccable perfection.Overall solid looking and driving van.If I saw this ad when I was looking for a van, I'd bid confidently.
