Vehicle Detail
Up for grabs today is a 2002 dodge Grand Caravan. I am the 4th (I think) owner of this vehicle. It has been maintained by the same the Dodge dealership in Croton N.Y. for most of it's life (Croton Auto Park) by the previous owners. It has been well maintained and had a well doucmented service file of receipts kept with it, along with the recipts of the work I have had done since owning it. I bought this van when it had 160000 on the odometer and it currently has 183,000 miles on it and runs excellent. The AC blows super cold and the heater warms the cabin quickly in the cold weather. The radio works great as does the CD player; no issues with any speakers. Interior is in good shape; all seats are undamaged and very comfortable. Good tires with plenty of life left on them. The body is showing it age; it's been driven through the New York winters so she's rusty. I make no bones about it; She's not the prettiest van, but it's never let me down when I had to get to Point B from Point A. Recent work done; New factory-replacement rear axle (part #4743630AB), new rear brakes&hardware, new left-rear spring shackle, bracket/ bushings&hardware, new parking brake cables, fresh tune-up, new EGR Valve, new dashboard bulbs, new starter, recent inspection (11/14). Car was parked before winter and hasn't been driven since; only moved around from the driveway to the street and back. No mechanical issues. I have driving its replacement for the past 5 months and reayy don't need this van any more. someone out there must have a need for some basic transportation; this would fit the bill perfectly. Over $2k in parts and labor spent in maintaining the van. Need to let it go as I don't have the room for it anymore. Feel free to ask questions. Slap on the dealer plate and drive it away!
