Up for auction is a 1972 Toyota FJ40, the truck is in really great shape, it is painted in black liner paint, has a 4 bucket seat arrangement, factory softtop bows that are powder coated, grey sofftop canvas, 4 wheel disc brakes, engine is a powerful 383 stroker with only 10,800 miles, tranny is 4 speed, custom ATX teflon wheels sitting on 315/75/16 tires (front and back tire sets are different brand but both at 90% or better, front are nitto extreme mud grappler, back are new BF KM2), bestop soft doors, bikini top, custom front bumper, power steering, Ron Davis aluminum radiator. I use the truck often so it is a reliable daily driver and hasnt sit without use. The truck is a real head turner and looks awesome. The body doesnt have any rust at all and is completely solid. As you may expect from a 42 + year car it is not perfect (Im not selling an ICON). The couple of details you may need to work on: really small leak between engine and tranny (maybe a drop or two a week), I dont have a spare tire carrier but do have a brand new matching atx wheel spare that will be included, steering column can use a change to have key on it and signals (the turn signals are in the column but with aftermaket arm), heater needs some work but turns on. Ebrake cable broke, I bought an OEM cable and will be included but it is not installed. Needs a shift boot for transfer shifter. I lost a wiper arm nut, but have the arm and new blades. I will list as many pictures as I can on the ad but I dont have a fancy camera (just phone cam) if you need one specific let me know and I can take and post or send on a message. I will highly encourage to ask questions before you bid, the vehicle is sold as is, I have a clear title on my name. Also if you whish to inspect or come see the vehicle I will make it available and highly encourage it, no joy rides! only serious bidders /buyers. The vehicle will be also up for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold locally. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses, I can assist once buyer makes the shipping arrangements. Summary: I have spent a lot of time, money and effort on this rig, so please only serious bidders, dont waste your time or mine, I will report non paying bidders if it comes to it.
