1999 Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph in silver tempest (grey) with black interior. 97,000 miles, mostly highway driven. California car recently shipped to Chicago. Great condition and well maintained. I have 2 titles for this vehicle, one of which was issued in error. I lost my original title and ordered a new one, but eventually found the original. Both will be given to the buyer. The vehicle history on this car shows that there was a lien/loan with the car at some time in the past. This could have been involving a previous owner or tied into a previous loan that I had on the car. The lien no longer exists. The car has been paid off and there are no loans or liens against it. I have clear title and as stated earlier, the title is in hand. If the lien was still active the lien holder would hold title and not me. Also shown in the vehicle history is an issue with an emission test. This had to have occurred before I owned the car or is shown in error. It has been in my possession since 2007 and I have not had any issues with not passing emissions. Car drives like new and is truly a collector's dream. More photos available upon request.
