1969 datsun Roadster 2000 hello ebay,up for sale is my Datsun roadster 2000, the car is being sold "as is" . mileage is in the 30'sxxx, most likely rolled over.i currently owned it for about a year.it does have the original California black plates. been in southern California its entire life. it is registered and insured but not driven often due to lack of time, busy schedule.i believe i am the third owner to this car. The car seems to have been restored in the early 90's ,although i did redo the entire engine bay and brake system after i got the car .i am not sure if the engine has been rebuilt or not but it does drive good and has great compression. i will make a list of most the the new parts on the car, pros and cons. i do have a video of it running. you can message me for it through e mail. pros:-engine bay has been sanded down and sprayed-new tires-new brake calipers x4-new rubber brake hoses-new brake pads and rear shoes-new rear brake cylinders-new front caliper hard lines-new dual master cylinder-new clutch slave cylinder kit-new starter-new hoses and belts-new radiator hoses (nos japan oem)-new ignition coil and components- new wire connectors- rebuilt/cleaned carbs with n17 needles-rebuilt distributor-de-smogged with correct distributor cam. -new plugs and wires-new racing battery with chrome holder -new fuel pump w/ new chrome fuel filter-new nissan oil cap -new temp sensor-new thermostat housing-new valve cover k&n breather filter-new oem oil filter-new k&n dual air filters -cleaned up intake manifold -new front stainless steel grill-new hood emblem plus other few items i might have forgotten Cons:-could use a new interior / redone -passenger window crank stripped-driver side window hard to roll up(i drive with the windows down anyways)- the top is there but cant figure out why it wont close properly (i leave it down anyways) sunny day drives only-the paint is not perfect but still looks good .has its wear here and there( paint chips, small door dings. cracked paint)
