Up for Auction is a 1966 Mercury Cyclone GT 390 S Code 4 speed. This car had the rare Factory Dash Mounted Tachometer option(Tachometer is long gone but had the option). This car was a barn find project that was started by my late brother. It runs and drives but has a leaking freeze plug. The motor was rebuilt sometime in 2013 and has very few miles on it. The torque boxes and main structure are in good condition but has rust in the usual places. Floor pans and door skins definitely need to be replaced. Has minor rust in both rear quarter panels. The car was originally Jamaican Yellow. It was painted Tiffany Blue at some point and is mainly gray primer in its current state. The interior was originally black.
