We invested over two thousand dollars into the vehicle... We put a new clutch, had the transmission replaced, a muffler put on, tires were put on, a new alternator, had it inspected, etc. Drove it for 2 days and the car overheated and quit working... had a mechanic look at it and he said the water pump seized and the timing belt snapped. He said he is not sure if there was any other damage done. We are selling it as is and buyer hauls away. The car is currently located Near Metuchen, New Jersey. The car also has a felt roof liner that is falling down, the interior is pretty nice though. Sorry about the paint job, we purchased it that way. It has a CD player that currently does not work, wires sticking out of the speaker areas in the door. It needs some work, but this would be a great father and son project or a parts car. It has a lot of potential, just needs to find the right buyer. I would love to keep the car but I can't afford more repairs due to losing my job. Winner will be required to send $100 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours via PayPal. Afterwards, winner will have 7 days to pay remaining balance, send it via PayPal or pay cash on pick-up day. Also, if buyer does not pick up within 7 days/1 week then they will be responsible for a $10 storage fee per day. Winner also responsible for Sales Tax and any fees incurred.
