The legendary 7.3 diesel has lived up to it's reputation, I've had one major repair -2 fuel cups were replaced at about 250,000 miles. This truck was purchased in Seattle in 2008 to haul a large boat across the country. Lot's of easy highway miles since then. The truck has been a joy to own and operate, but it's over kill for what I do now, and the price of Diesel vrs Gas is too much to ignore with a business that racks up lots of miles. Lot's of extra's -lifetime air filter, 5" exhaust, oversize wheels. This is an exceptional example of one of the finest trucks ever built. I believe the combination of originally being a west coast truck, and the fact that I hardly drive it at all during the winter -all the miles are put on from April - September, is the reason the body is in such good shape. The steel trim all along the bottom probably helped protect this vulnerable area. with any questions. -Pete 603-383-7027
