We inspect the vehicles when the vehicles are donated, and we work hard to describe the vehicle to the best of our knowledge. Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $60 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be performed. Cars 2 Charities reserves the right to cancel any bids or block a bidder for any reason from bidding on vehicles offered on Ebay. All of our vehicles are for sale locally, and we reserve the right to end a listing at any time before the end of the Ebay listing. Vehicle info: YOU ARE LOOKING AT A 1994 BMW 325i CONVERTIBLE. IT WAS DONATED TO A LOCAL NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE CAR IS WELL EQUIPPED. 6 CYLINDER ENGINE AUTOMATIC CONVERTIBLE ICE COLD A/C LEATHER INTERIOR POWER SEATS ALLOY WHEELS CASSETTE AND CD CHANGER IN THE TRUNK THE CAR IS IN OVERALL GOOD SHAPE. THE EXTERIOR PAINT IS OK, IT DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES AND LIGHT FADING, BUT IT IS NOT AWFUL. THE INTERIOR HAS SOME ISSUES (SEE PICTURES). THE FRONT SEATS COULD USE EITHER REUPHOLSTERING OR A NICE SET OF SHEEP SKIN SEAT COVERS. THE FRONT DOOR PANELS NEED SOME TLC. THE ENGINE STARTS UP AND RUNS STRONG. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTH AND THE A/C ICE COLD. THE RADIO WORKS, BUT THE CD CHANGER IN THE TRUNK HAS NOT BEEN TESTED. THE CAR IS A SOLID CALIFORNIA CAR. IT RUNS VERY RUNS AND SMOOTH, NO SQUEAKS OR NOISES. THE TIRES ARE IN GREAT SHAPE, AND THE BRAKES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE CAR HAS PASSED THE SMOG CHECK. CA BUYERS WILL RECEIVE A SMOG CERTIFICATE FOR $60. THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS IN GREAT SHAPE, LOOKS LIKE IT WAS REPLACED RECENTLY, THE LINER ON THE INSIDE OF THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS ALSO IN GREAT SHAPE. REGISTRATION IS GOOD TILL 06/2015 DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of ther buyer, please go on the DMV website to check current fees. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. After purchase, a $150 deposit must be paid through Paypal within 24 hours of purchase. The deposit must be made on Paypal even if you are local and will be coming in to pick up the vehicle yourself. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $10 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle. Transport: We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers and transport to the port for all international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
