1947 oldsmobile series 76, torpedo back sedan everything is original,engine,trans,glass,dash etc...car is COMPLETE. stock 6 volt electrical system w original wiring,original cloth is starting to deteriorate,all gauges and lights work.( has 6 volt optima battery) has all original keys that lock doors,trunk and glove box. the original flathead six runs great w no issues, 3 spd trans on column,clutch chatters at take off, not sure why, adjustment or new clutch needed in near future im assuming? all glass is good,windows roll up and down as they should, rear sides slide open as they should also. wipers work as well. the interior is the original interior and is rough, but there(see pics) dash is in amazing shape and complete(radio needs 1 new tube) 16 inch wheels with older wide whites(bias) that have lots of life left,some checking but they have tubes brakes work very well the only thing i have done to the car was lower it, and it steers and drives very nice and very easy(horn works too) grille is straight w no dings or dents!!!! body is extremely straight, solid floors solid rockers, the ONLY rust in this car is in panel below trunk (see pics) this car could either be driven as is or completely done up w a total restoration, that is going to be up to the new owner. it is a very cool original car that you can take in whatever direction you wish and no matter which way you go, it will be cool and turn heads no matter what. this car is being sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties or guaranties of ANY kind either written or implied. if you have any questions or concerns about the car, or would like more pictures or information, please feel free to contact me and i will do my best to get back with you as soon as possible and get you everything you need and answer any questions you may have. there is a NON REFUNDABLE 500.00 deposit due at auctions end, non refundable means just that, so PLEASE ask any and all questions BEFORE you pull the trigger on buy now or make offer. buyer is soley responsible for transportation/shipping arrangements and all costs involved with that. i will help your transporter any way i can to make it as easy as possible.
