2005 Jeep Liberty CRD Diesel - Over 26 MPG w/ 4X4! You are bidding on a 2005 Jeep Liberty CRD Diesel with 84~k miles. This Jeep is in good running condition and run wells on bio-diesel allowing for low cost transportation with truck capability. I bought this Jeep last year. I’ll try to be as honest as possible about the condition of this vehicle. I have made several improvements and invested almost 10,000 in parts and labor into this vehicle. The original owner let several items lapse causing me to make several improvements. New Turbocharger - Recently rebuilt Garrett turbo with 3k miles and built by the only California based builder who can properly balance this type of turbo. It is as good as OEM or better. The original is in serviceable condition and will be included.4 new fuel injectors – All four original injectors failed flow testing. These new ones have under 3k miles on them and have never seen fuel without added lubricant.GDE Hot Tune – This increased the horsepower to 200 while removing torque restrictions. The engine was originally detuned by the dealership (as all CRD’s are). The Hot Tune removes this restriction and much more importantly, dramatically reduces EGR function preventing a clogged intake and stuck open EGR. A tuning module is included that contains the stock tune, you may need to use this in your state. Mishimoto Turbo Hoses – The original hoses on this vehicle had a small leak. These hoses will last the life of the vehicle. Powerstop Vented and Slotted Rotors and ceramic brake pads – These only have about 5k miles on them and provide excellent stopping power. This timing belt has recently been replaced and only has about 2k miles on it.Cosmetically the exterior is free of damage and the paint is in good condition. There is one break in the plastic and a small dent above the rear hatch. This is hard to notice and does not effect the hatch at all. The seats has some stains as show in the pictures.I'm very particular about the condition of the vehicles I own. Be assured that every major issue that sometimes occurs on CRD’s has been addressed with this particular one and you can feel confident you won’t have other issues. Remember, these engines are regularly servicing over 500,000 miles in Europe when well taken care of, however being a used vehicle, I cannot guarantee that this Jeep will be free of future problems. Due to this please note that this vehicle includes no warranty expressed or implied in any way.If bought at the asking price I will include a flow through Magnaflow muffler.
