I assure you it has only had 2 owners its whole life , it had a loan for the second owner through a bank in mason city , the lien was satisfied completely . signed and dated , and when the new title was issued to the second owner , it did not have odometer statement anymore, wiped clean, it is what they do in Iowa after the vehicle becomes so old , no matter what condition . for example I purchased a 2000 Tahoe with 99,000 from the original owner , I took it down got it tagged and registered they blanked out the space where the odometer reading should be , because of its age . you can call the department of vehicles in Iowa , they can maybe explain it more in detail , if you don't understand my description or definition ?
