This is a 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 with a 390 original. The car has 40,799 miles and the odometer dose work. I bought this car from a guy in Tenn. The short of the story is it had been stored since the early 80's. I bought it about a year ago. I had a mechanic replace the batt. batt line, tires, water pump, oil pump, gas pump and oil filter. The engine starts runs strong. I have only moved the car a few feet. I used first gear and reverse it seemed fine. It felt was lerching in drive a little bit but I haven't touched the trans. The head liner looks great the radio still works. It is a great car just need a little love. She has been sitting for 35 years gaskets are dry but the car is great.
