Up for auction 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Quad Cab Dually 2WD. My business bought this truck new in 2005. It has been a great truck. We normally don't keep trucks this long but it was the only dually in our fleet and came in handy. We have bought another one and have decided to let this one go. It has been parked overnight inside since new. I would say it's probably in better than average shape. It has normal wear and tear but was well maintained and serviced. I normally don't drive it that much but I have been over the last couple of weeks because won't fit inside the shop anymore with our other vehicles. I'm surprised how well it drives. Super tight and quiet. It's a very optioned out truck. We paid $43,000 for it back in 2005. It gets over 20 MPG. The tires still have about70 percent tread. It has some issues that I will list below. Good points Runs and looks good, original owner, Kept inside, would feel safe to drive any where. Good tires, well optioned Bad points a few scrapes and scratches, front part of bed pushed slightly toward cab(former employee didn't secure load) I'm sure it could be pulled back, You wouldn't notice if I didn't tell you. Right rear fender has a chunk cracked off of the bottom where flap screws on. I still have the piece. About the size of a playing card. Again former employee backed into a snow bank and broke off the mud flap. Window control panel on left side door is loose but everything works. Back bumper slightly bent. Could be persuaded back. Front seat and arm rest need patched. Few other things showing wear.Nothing major. As always I would suggest you come and take a look. no major repairs done since new. I did replace normal wear items as needed. Brakes, batteries, belts etc. I was told this morning the AC quit working a couple of weeks ago. Compressor won't come on.
