Vehicle Detail
JCM2013 Store 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz 2 door leather In '84, the base engine in the Eldorado was the 135-horse 4.1 liter V8, which was good enough to haul the car's 3,748 pounds. This car is, for the most part, clean and solid. Garage kept. It has a vintage car blue book of around $12k. My bank looked it up in whatever vintage car book they have. It has had new breaks, tune up (plugs, wires etc.), oil change. Leather is in good shape. The carpet inside is immaculate! What a nice car! The the hydrolic hood props need replaced or repaired (if that's possible to repair them). They can be replaced for minimal cost. The dash has a crack and the plastic in between the bumper and the car is cracking and falling off. That stuff can, however, be replaced. They are cheaper on ebay than anywhere else. I think $165 for the fronts and $65 for the rears. That is a great deal as they're usually $400 for all. The driver seat shows a little wear but the rest look pretty much brand new. The power locks aren't working but the doors lock. The windows go up and down. The power seats work. Spare tire included and the plush carpet cover in the trunk that goes over the spare is in tact. The plush carpet is absolutely beautiful! I'm trying my best to ensure that I point out and show pics of every little flaw. The car has a valid West Virginia inspection sticker on it, good tires, good breaks (just had a brake job and some brake lines replaced), tune up (all plugs and wires etc), complete detail (including buff and wax), and it was looked over at St. Clair Auto Service. Overall the car is in nice shape with just a few minor cosmetic flaws going on. Nothing a few minor cosmetic pieces and touch up paint won't take care of. This is the 4100 motor. Small V-8 and it runs good. It's not the North Star trouble motor that everyone's afraid of. From what I'm told by my tech, the 4100 is a good motor. The owner's manual, cassette, locking lug nut key etc are in the glove box. The odometer says 22k and that should be accurate judging by information recently obtained about the original owner whom my father new. They bought it when they had a lot of money and kept it in the garage. The auto check shows 24 miles was the last reported mileage also. 1984 Cadillac Eldorado VIN: 1G6AL5783EE647963 See the ebay hosted photos at the top of the page to see the engine photos and some others that aren't in the body of the listing.
