1965 Chevrolet Impala SS Super Sport convertible in running / driving unrestored condition. Has been with one owner for the past 26 years. The car has very nice white interior with console and bucket seats. Exterior is unrestored (restoration was and could use some paint and body work all the way around but good condition (paint chips, door dings, bubbles, etc). Engine is the desirable big block 454 in running condition, only 5000 miles on the engine. It is an original 396 car. Automatic turbo 350 transmission on the floor with console. Odometer states 41111 but cannot be sure on exact mileage. The rear end is the original correct 12 bolt posi with 3:73 gear ratio. The rear has the original SS double upper control arms. This does not have air conditioning, has aftermarket gauges below dash so the original ones would be need to be hooked back up (if desired). It has power steering but no power brakes. lean/clear title, car is ready to be driven home by the Buyer!! The car was involved in an accident and sustained damage to the right front and very minor scrapes to the left fender. The radiator has been replaced (new) and the fender pulled out a bit, still needs some love to repair accident damage or a full restoration to bring back the original beauty. The left frame horn was damaged in the accident, as shown in the pics, but has been straightened a bit. There are no leaks (the radiator was replaced after accident) and it still driveable. List of parts damaged in accident: radiator, core support, fender, slight hood damage and right frame home. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION! Great car to drive away today!! We can include in the sale for an additional fee (bumper 200.00). As stated above the radiator was replaced and core support straightened. The fender needs to be replaced (no hope for that). Grille should be replaced, hood can be repaired or replaced at Buyer discretion. Interior is really nice, has some marks on the back interior panels but no rips or tears in any of the seats.
