For sale is my 2007 BMW X5 4.8i. It is SpaceGrey Metallic exterior with Dakota leather black interior. It currently has 112k miles on it. I recently purchased this car for my wife thinking she'd like to drive an all-wheel drive truck in the winter but I fear I was wrong. So I'm selling this to get something else. Probably a diesel sedan. I purchased this from a friend who is a dealer. Previous to me this was a 1-owner, dealer maintained, regular oil changes, regular maintenance, all proven by carfax car. Immediately after i bought this car I all four brand new Continental Extreme Contact DWS All-Season tires and all four brand new drilled and slotted rotors and all four ceramic/carbon fiber pads. I also put in 40W LED angel eyes which give it a better look IMO. This car has almost every option possible for the '07 year. It has the cold weather package which includes heated front seats and steering wheel. It has the technology package which includes navigation (updated to 2014 maps), backup camera, and parking sensors. It has the comfort package which includes comfort seats, and panoramic roof which are amazing! and it also has power folding mirrors, Bluetooth phone connection, aux input, 6 CD changer, tons of storage space and much more. There was a rear impact accident reported in 2008 which i was told was minor and I couldn't find any flaws when I inspected it before purchasing it. Since the accident the car has been driven for 6 years and close to 80k miles so you can be assured that it doesn't affect driveability or performance. Kelly Blue Book Pricing for this car is $17,500 but CarFax has an Adjusted value of +$2200 taking into consideration the reported maintenance records, which would be $19,700.
