For sale we have a last full year made 7.3L! A 2002 Ford F-350 Lariat 4x4. These trucks are becoming very hard to find especially with the 7.3L engine! This truck was a local ford dealer trade. The truck runs like a horse and it handles like a champ! Underneath the hood you have the 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo DIESEL motor which is in excellent condition and it runs like it should. The truck is not tired and it has lots of power with plenty of torque. The automatic transmission is perfect and it shifts all the gears as it should. The 4x4 engages in and out as it should. The tires are in fair shape. The truck is a lariat and fully loaded pretty much with all the options inside. Interior is well kept. The truck is a crew cab with a long bed and a matching cap! The outside body is very clean for its age and the paint shines with its glossy look. The frame is rock solid, with some normal surface rust and some rust around bed rails.
