Since owning , all restoration has been performed locally by Mustang Ranch Restorations in Murray, Utah.Up for auction is my 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible 3 speed with what I was told was the original 289. This car was purchased from a gentleman who owned and took pride building it for over a decade. The wedding of my daughter now forces sale. I've invested over $30,000 in this car. It's got power steering, power brakes, a new clutch, retro radio with iPhone connection and too many other things to list. Please include a contact number if you make an offer.This car runs and drives exceptionally well and has excellent power. It does have power steering and power brakes. The paint is beautiful and shiny and shows no evidence of rust/bondo; it is a very straight car.As I mentioned the paint is beautiful, a couple blemishes on the hood about the size of a silver dollar, little dimples that are hard to see. Bottoms of the doors are super clean and free of any rust. The doors shut nice and have consistent gaps. The rocker panels and floor pans are in great solid condition. Please take a look at the photos. It has a great sounding dual exhaust. The engine compartment is very nicely detailed and painted gloss black. It has a newer optima battery.
