My pride and joy, 1970 international 800a Scout, in pristine rust free, and I mean rust free condition. all numbers matching engine and transmission, 304 v-8, and over $1000 in receipts in the transmission rebuild within the past month. 3 speed standard transmission with transfer case with 2wd, 4wd low, and 4wd high. Not one scratch, dent, or blemish on this beautiful scout. An absolute time machine, that screams Man-Truck. It runs, drives, and performs just the way you would expect a 1970 scout to perform in 1970. I chose to take the photos with no polish, armor all, or any shiney enhancements so that you would be able to see just how awesome and pristine this little scout is. All lights and electronics work as they should and is ready to be a daily driver or a showpiece to talk about. The engine runs flawlessly but does leave a tiny drip of oil here and there after being parked, however I call that "marking his territory". It does have the hard to find factory spare tire carrier mounted as it was in 1970. The floor has been rhino lined as to prevent any scuffing of the metal. All of the gauges work perfectly including switching back and forth from the left or right gas tanks. The heater will cook a baked potato should you chose. 81,153 original miles, but will go up very slightly as I do drive it to and from work everyday, 6 miles round trip.
