1998 E39 BMW 540i sport package 6 speed manual. Best for parts rather than repair. Car runs fine, but should be towed so that stuck brake caliper can be repaired. Car has had two real owners. Original owner was in accident, car went to salvage auction and was repaired and sold to me. The current Maryland title is a clean title and not a salvage or rebuilt title. A carfax or vehicle check will show the salvage title and auction. Ebay made me relist the car to show the rebuilt title. Mileage is accurate. I've had the car since 2000 and took it with 29k miles. Car needs work. Some of the major things that need repair:Two rear window regulatorsStuck brake caliperRear suspension (control arms? I replaced with tubing which isn't an exact fit and it will need to be secured, but it works. Windshield wipers still don't work.
