Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 1977 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. This is a bonafide daily driver stingray, and was driven regularly until a few weeks ago. It runs great, it will start up every time and take you wherever you need to go. It has the chevy 350 engine that performs well, and solid disk brakes to slow it down. It handles easily with power steering, and also has the optional electric windows. The car recently got a new radio. The interior of the car is in good original condition. The seats are tear free and look good. The T-Tops are original and easily taken on and off. It is a complete car, all the trim and interior is present. One issue that has arisen is the battery drains fast due to the new radio. I don't have time to deal with it, I'm sure it is simple, but I have been unplugging the battery when I leave the car off for a long period of time. It starts up on the first time every time I hook the battery up. The body of the car is in good condition, the fiberglass body is rust free and the paint looks great. However there are some chips and scratches in the coat, so it is not show quality, but definitely "daily driver" quality. The wheels and tires are new. Overall this is a great example of a daily driver stingray. It is a great car to take off the T-Tops and enjoy the power of the 350. The aggressive body style of the stingray is a real head turner, and combined with the sound it makes a great cruiser. It could also be a good candidate for an easy restoration. Please feel free to ask any questions. -Jim
