Vehicle Detail

Although this is not a one owner automobile, it's hard to get much closer. I purchased this car in 1976 from a friend who was the 2nd owner & had purchased it in 1973 from the FORD dealer who had taken it on trade for a new car from the original purchaser. I personally have been familiar with this car since it was only 5 years old. Original 302 engine rebuilt and has less than 10 thousand miles. TOP LOADER 4 speed. 302 engine with the 4V premium fuel only "J" heads which were retrofitted with oversize 1.94 intake valves, hardened seats and screw in studs with guide-plates, hardened pushrods, early style NONrail rocker arms, It has a mild cam but I forget the exact duration & lift. Holley 600 cfm 4 barrel carb, stock 4V intake, stock exhaust manifolds. THIS IS A RUST FREE CAR. Body & Paint work was very high quality and is still excellent to very very good. Deluxe interior, floor & OVERHEAD console. Original AM radio was replaced with an AM/FM cassette several years ago. This fastback was converted to a GT, and now has Power steering, brakes, and FORD AC from a donor car. (Air is not currently working and I'm not sure what it needs to make it work). Seat upholstery is original, rear excellent but front seats need to be redone. Front disc brakes. MORE PICTURES WILL BE ADDED. If you bid be prepared to buy. $1500 deposit payable within 24 hours of auction end. Balance due within 7 days of auction close.
