I just sold my 1968 Project Camaro last week as well with no reserve via Ebay auction. I am NOT interested in any trades whatsoever for the car as my wife & I are expecting, so please don't ask or offer. You would be hard pressed to find another used Viper that is this clean from top to bottom and that has been meticulously cared for to this caliber. With just a little over 18k miles, this car has spent more time in the garage and at car shows than it has on the road. Vipers have always been one of my personal favorites because I feel like they are the closest combination of Hot Rod and Exotic that you can find anywhere in the world. The way the block rumbles the entire cabin, the motor provides endless amounts of torque and the fact that you feel like you're driving the Batmobile from the driver's seat, all make for a truly exhilarating feeling. Plus on top of all that, it's American Muscle! This is 1 of 7 cars that were used as show/product cars at racing events, conventions, car shows, etc... in order to highlight the products offered by our race team sponsors. Many vehicles were exterior clones to the actual race cars used by our company, Faster Than U Motorsports. Since this particular Viper was primarily used for show purposes and as a clone to our race ready Vipers, the majority of the modifications were made to the exterior only. The only engine modifications made were the addition of a K&N intake, BBK throttle body and a new Optima Yellowtop. No other modifications were made to the suspension or drivetrain. The interior also remains mainly stock with the primary additions being a Mopar navigation upgrade, short shifter upgrade, carbon fiber pillar covers, carbon fiber door sills, red seat belt pads, etc... as pictured. The majority of the over $20k worth of modifications were made to the exterior including a Carbon Fiber hood, trunk lid, front splitter, side splitters, front canards, front fender flares, racing door mirrors and rear racing wing. The factory wheels have also been reinstalled and the vinyl sponsor clings have been removed so the car will be sold exactly as pictured. There is only one issue known with the car: The blower motor for the A/C has recently gone out and the only setting that seems to work is low. You can feel that the A/C vents are getting ice cold however the higher vent speeds don't function. At the time that the local Dodge Dealership checked the system out and verified the blower, they were currently on backorder. So it is something that the new owner could have installed by their local dealership or repair themselves. I am the second owner of the vehicle and bought it when it had approximately 5k miles. We had an actual Dodge Dealership check out the vehicle from top to bottom before purchasing the car from another Toyota dealership who had received it as a trade in. The vehicle checked out great and has performed flawlessly with the only exception of the blower motor. There has been a recent inspection back in August when we had all the fluids changed and had the vehicle fully serviced locally by the dealership. The registration was also recently updated back in August. This Viper has always had the fluids changed regularly including BG treatments throughout since I have owned the vehicle. This is an extremely solid Viper and hands down one of the nicest you'll find anywhere. Due to the exterior modifications, it is also a real head turner and seems to be moving even when it's parked behind ropes at a show. This was hands down, one of our most popular show cars and I really hate to see it go but with a baby on the way and retiring from the race/show circuits, I've got to do a lot of downsizing and focus on vehicles that are more family and baby friendly. TEST DRIVES: If you want to test drive this vehicle before bidding/purchasing, then I will need to see proof of your current auto insurance that has at least $100k worth of property damage coverage. Otherwise I will happily take you for a test drive, but I will have to decline you the ability to drive the vehicle yourself. These cars have an unbelievable amount of power and are not for the faint of heart or for someone who doesn't know the cars limitations.
