This auction is for 5 days and there is realistic reserve.Auction is for my 1985 BMW 535i, produced for the USA market, type is DC84, Engine code is E28, sedan, engine M30 3.5L, automatic, color is Zinnoberrot (paint code 138) is a red color (vermilion) with beige leather interior, came off the assembly line in Germany (Oct 1, 1984) . Only one option which is the on board computer(OBC).Later in the production cycle for this model, 1985 535i, other options were available and power seats and select drive mode were made standard.The car does have air conditioning, automatic transmission, power windows, power locks, electric outside mirrors for both sides, power antenna, cruise control, spare tire is full size, includes manuals and 1985 535i sales literature. Glove box is locking and does have the flashlight option and fog lamps and all fuses have been cleaned and replaced where necessary. HISTORY OF my BMW 535i My BMW was one of the first ones off the production line and was a special order for the original owner. The husband died and the car was retitled in the wife’s name. So this is a one owner car. Condition of vehicle….. The only non-original item on the car are the wheels/rims. I do have a set of the original rims. Car has only 98,432 and was in a garage since 2001 only recently put back on the road, and only used for grocery runs. Since car sat for a long time, gas tank was drained, new fuel pumps and gas and air filter replaced. Fluids changed, tune-up done, and appropriate time/age sensitive maintenance was done. Tires are good and battery is new. There are no rips or damage to the upholstery, carpets are very clear, owned by non smokers,there is no damage to the exterior, no cracks in the glass, power antenna and radio works great. The paint, leather, carpet, glass, bumpers, chrome, electric harnesses, and actually all of the parts on the car are original, except for maintenance replacements. Auto check score is 39, should be higher because Auto check shows that it was a two owner car. The score of 39 is “above” the range of 15 – 36. No accidents and title is clear and clean. The car drives great and everything is working. The exterior color Zinnoberrot is original was a special order color and is very rare. Zinnoberrot translates to vermilion.
