Bought this car at an auction...an online auction. Not what I wanted, had no idea it was a 2+2. My customer wanted a 2 seater so here I am stuck trying to get my money back out of this thing. I am not going to spend an additional $300 shipping the car to my garage in Long Island. The Car is currently in New Jersey Zip Code 08505 just outside of Trenton NJ. This was a driver, NOT a Drifter conversion, NOT a Parts Donor nor a total basket case, or any other of the crazy Z32 listings I've seen lately here...this car runs and drives and has for 23 years, it needs someone to give it some TLC here! Buy it now is there for someone who knows these cars and realizes it is the right price, if no no one clicks buy it now but the minimum $200 bid has been entered THIS CAR WILL SELL Don't be greedy...if you want this car. $1200 is the right price..I SELL EVERYTHING...NO GAMES LOOK AT MY PAST AUCTIONS AND FEEDBACK.Pics say it all....and I will try my best to describe everything I witnessed in my short time with the car today. Motor is solid, no knocks, excessive valve noise, misfires, etc. has good power.Transmission needs help...maybe a complete overhaul, maybe a service. It would appear that reverse doesn't work but when you place the car in Neutral it engages in to Drive it is possible that there is a problem with the linkage. All 4 Original Rims are on the car and in really good shape for their age In the 30 minutes I drove the car/left it at idle there was no overheating/fluid leaking/etc. The brakes and suspension are REALLY GOOD, I mean I was amazed at the handling, lack of body roll and overall feel for the mileage, decent rubber on the car and all windows are intact. The interior has some wear, the drivers seat needs to be welded or just replaced. It is functional but not for long rides. The original Bose speakers are all in tact. There is a faceplate stereo installed but alas...no faceplate. Wipers, AC, fan, Lights, windows ALL electric in the car works. There is NO evidence of ANY leaking from the back hatch, or more unbelievably the T-Tops, these cars are known for both to leak and this car does not. I did not run a carfax and wont, I ran a VInCheck and the ugliest thing that came back was 5 owners since birth, but if you do the math its less than 10K annually. I'm gonna take a hit here but I've limited my loss by not shipping the car. Winning bidder MUST pick up the car or arrange to have it picked up (I will provide the details) no later than Tuesday October 7th 5pm. Definetly not a parts donor, car has not been hit...not hard if at all anyway.Look at pics there are creases in the drivers side Quarter and some topical rust (through paint) on passenger side rear wheel well. This is salvageable and should be saved, I know some Z32 Connoussuire out there will take advantage of some bargain basement bidding and bring this puppy back to life. With the economy the way it is I am forced to flip things on EBay...My feedback is my lifeline and I am at 100% and plan on keeping that. The last 3 cars I have sold I have personally dumped hundreds of $ in to AFTER bidding on things like Radiators or Tires or Brake Jobs for buyers coming from a far as Indiana. I do NOT reccomend driving this car from NJ to ANYWHERE. It starts, runs and moves but I am not confident in putting ANY significant miles on it until a professional checks it out.
