I recently bought 9 cars from an estate and will be listing 4 here for sale over the next couple months. This is an all original 1940 Plymouth P10, It was parked or last driven around 1955 from what I can tell I have the owners manual frome the glove compartment. With a engine rebuild and new interior it could be an everyday driver. I pulled the carpets and seats, the floors are SOLID. It has the flathead 6, I can not turn by hand but I would imagine its pretty locked up anyway by now. It was one owner.
