1978 Honda CB 750K . Vintage original bike. This was the last year for the famed CB750K Model!! This is the last year for the single overhead cam 750 engine and many, as do I, feel that this is the best CB750 they ever made. They had 10 years to get it right and tweak these 750's for the best possible performance and reliability. This fine CB750K starts, runs, drives really great!! It has new tires. A Dunlop up front and a Kendra in the rear. The bike is ready to ride. The chrome is excellent with no rust. The exhaust is very nice with no holes and no issues, normal slight discoloration up by the engine on headers as well as some minor surface rusting on the back side of the headers up by the engine. The spokes have no rust. Bike has the original D.I.D. rims which are quite nice with no rust. The spokes are straight and have no rust on them either. The engine on this motorcycle obviously has been very well cared for. It starts, idles and runs beautiful with no leaks, no smoke, no issues. Recent oil and filter change. The aftermarket mufflers in beautiful shape. Both of the plastic side covers are cracked and the headlight chrome ring is missing. These are the only 2 negatives I can think of. The chrome ring is 10 bucks on ebay and 2 side covers if you decide to replace them might be about 25 or 30 bucks each. The fuel tank is virtually like a new tank. No dents, no rust on it either inside or out. There are no mechanical issues on the bike that I am aware of. That said, this is a vintage motorcycle that is not a concours resoration so you expect the bike to be just that. Yes, I do have the Clear Title in my name.
