Slammed 1971 Westfalia Camper. Good running 1600 with freshly rebuilt carb. I drive it everyday. Headlights, tail lights, brake lights, signals and wipers all work. Brand new Wagenswest Slam Bay kit. 4" narrowed, adjustable ball joint beam (at lowest setting), 2.5" dropped spindles, 3.25" horseshoe rear drop plates. There is currently a 4-5 month wait on the Wagenswest kit. New brakes all the way around, pads, shoes, rotors cut and drums turned. New rear wheel cylinders, accelerator cable, ball joints, shocks, plugs, wires, and more. Full tune up around 300 miles ago. New battery.Rear tires have around 1000 miles. Front tires are brand new. An aftermarket stereo was installed with Rockford Fosgate speakers. There is a CD changer under the z-bed that is not connected.The front floors and cargo floors are pretty solid. Rockers are good and the underneath is dry. Bus has rust in the usual spots.. Windshield area, lower nose and a few spots under the pop top on the corners. The rear passenger corner is rusted pretty bad. Most bad spots have been covered with gorilla tape to prevent water from coming in. Rear corners are a little banged up. Battery tray is rusty. Rear hatch is real rough, but a replacement with glass and latch is included. Was sitting under a tree when I rescued it and had about 15 pounds of leaves on the roof. Aside from the rust. the body is in very straight condition. All doors open and close like they are supposed to. Front seats are in excellent condition. Th rear z bed and wardrobe are the only Westy pieces and are both in great shape. All cushions are included with the bed. Canvas for the top was removed. This camper is a blast to drive and gets a lot of attention.I have a bunch of parts that will go with it. Including a couple new window seals and a brand new top seal in the package.
