I am listing my VERY CLEAN, and Maintained 2007 Honda Civic LX 4 dr. NO ODORS, NO PETS, NO KIDS, NON SMOKER CAR. Nice car, runs, and drives very nice! Actual pictures, and yes it is that clean! THE GOOD- If anyone is to buy a car with HIGH miles is good to know about the life of the car where it came from, and how it was taken care of. I have every RECORD & RECEIPT on it since new in 2007, including brakes, tires, fluid changes, and maintenance or anything that has been replaced. The car has been well maintained, and taken care off. Everything works perfect and operational. The car doesn't smoke ever, or burn oil. It is very well maintained. This was a business car and lots Highway Miles 282k, and you would not know it driving it at all because of the maintenance it has had in its lifetime. The drivers seat bolster seat is showing wear, the passenger side front axle will click(which means it will need to be replaced in the FUTURE) I have already bought that part and comes with car. Dent in drivers front fender from friends dad backing into it at a .00001 mph bump in driveway. I have nothing to hide with the car and am upfront as possible as I would want the same. Feel free to have it checked by your mechanic as well at your own cost of course. It will pass inspections with no issues, and recently had it renewed. Brakes are probably about 75%, tires are 65% tread with 4 Matching Continental SSR Runflats. Please see pics, and I have a book of receipts and records with the car too. There are some extras on the car like tinted windows, window vent shades, and OEM Honda/Acura wheels, Honda OEM all season front, and rear mats, and trunk mat. . Overall a very nice car, great gas MPG, very reliable as I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to California tomorrow ! I drive it to the lake every weekend (over 3 hour drive) and average 37mpg driving 70-75 mph. Clear title in my name, in hand. If your driving from out of state wherever this car is ready to get in and drive anywhere! Car includes all power options, Steering, brake, cd player with nice factory sounds system, power windows, door lockscold a/c, hot heat, cruise control, upgraded aluminum wheels. Comes with 2 key fobs also (see pics with all documentation & receipts) Also comes with OEM Honda carpet floor mats(not pictured) And Honda OEM All SEASON floormats front and rear, and trunk mat. I am the 2nd owner-and the carfax is incorrect as I have owned the vehicle since 01/02/14, only reason for selling is I need to buy 4dr truck for work. All receipts in hand. My friend has a 2009 Civic Lx and he has 50k on it, he drove mine and even expressed he can't tell the difference between the two driving them. My Civic drives just as tight, and smooth as his 50k Civic. Stainless steel door sill "CIVIC" plates on all 4 door sills. I did this based on keeping this Civic for a long time. It is ADULT owned and has always been garaged during its lifespan. There is no paint issues or fade anywhere on car. The paint is nice and glossy and is waxed often. It has its normal nicks, and scratches for being a highway driven car daily. You won't find a more nice Civic that has been taken care of and not abused for the money.
