This is a matching number 1974 Corvette Convertible. It is quite highly optioned with PS, PB, PW, Tilt/Tele column and factory A/C, although the A/C is not hooked up. As you can see, the original 350 engine has been quite highly upgraded with a tunnel ram intake and dual 4-barrel Holley carburetors. It also has an expensive gear drive timing system in the engine to replace that weak timing chain. There are thousands of dollars in this engine and it runs great. It starts up and idles immediately and runs beautiful on pump gas. The body on this corvette is also very nice. The car is straight, the door lines are excellent and even the front bumper is not cracked. The rear bumper is more the 1981 style, but it has no cracks either. The paint is okay, but nothing to write home about. I do have some touch up paint. The seats have some tears and there is a small 1" slit in the convertible top (see pic), but they are both perfectly usable. All the gauges seem to work except the clock. I am having some problems with the power windows right now, but I will look into them. The frame on the car is in great shape with no issues. I also have another stock hood and intake that I will throw into the deal if someone wants them. Overall, this is nice running, matching number 1974 convertible that draws attention wherever it goes. You couldn't build this car for what I am willing to sell it for, so please be serious if you bid.
