2004 Suzuki Vstrom 650 DL. All black, de-badged Suzuki Vstrom in great condition. 35401 miles, Metzler Tourance tires bought last July, and they still have the teeth on them. Givi E41 Monokey 41L Keyless (combination lock) removable hard bags ($500) with rapid-release side racks ($220) , Givi E460N Trunk ($250) and rapid-release trunk mount ($90). That is 81L of storage and over $1000 in motorcycle luggage - each can be easily removed with the turn of the key and push of the button. The bike is rigged with a Gerbing outlet on the left side of the bike – for use with all Gerbing heated MC riding gear. The bike also has a custom RAM mount (the best GPS mounts, period) to provide a solid, clean mount for a GPS unit. I am including my old TomTom GPS unit with it. It has low battery life, but works fine with the cigarette adapter I have under the seat. This bike is fuel-injected and starts on the first try. Regularly professionally serviced, and the last service was less than 60 days ago. The only imperfections are a small dent in the tank (previous owner dinged it loading it on a trailer) and some scuffs on the end of the right hand grip. Most of the mileage on this bike are highway, and the previous owner was a mechanic. This is a nice commuter dual-sport motorcycle with great fuel economy (54MPG) and a lot of carrying capacity. I have taken trips lasting weeks with the amount of gear you can carry on this bike. These bags are very secure when mounted (Givi-three-point locking mechanism), but come off in a flash - put in the key, click the button and take the whole bag as hard luggage. The Vstrom is dual-sport motorcycle with a high ground clearance, so when the road gets rough, you don’t have to worry. Very predictable handling on gravel. This commuter bike is good to go…recently serviced, great tires, and all the accessories that you would get anyway. Sale is as-is, where is.
