Up For Auction is a 1999 BMW 328i E46 Sedan. This car is in good shape for the year it has a little clear coat peeling on the outside driver side. needs a good wash I will take care of a good cleaning when it sells. LOW RESERVE! This car has all the original paper work, the owners manual the radio security code card, everything inside works as it should have 2 keys. it has a bluetooth, never figured out how to use it but the microphone is installed as well as the module. it has the Harmon Sound system with a 6 disc changer in the trunk tape deck all of that works as well. i've had this car for a while now, its been garage kept for most of its life. It has been outside for the past 6 months since It was taken off the road. I can take more pictures of anything specific you would like me to take a picture of! It does not have the cold weather package. the buyer would need to arrange pick up Clean title! this bad boy has a lot of life left in her. she needs a bit of work but I promise this car is a great car There was a lien on this car. it has been released. I have the paperwork for that. also this car was in an accident before I was the owner of this car. I dont know much about it other then the damage was minimal. Problems/Issues: The drivers side speaker grill has a crack in it. The rear passenger side door outer door handle is broken. the window does not go down. the rear driver side door outer door handle was broken off when pulling it out of the garage because I'm an idiot and I wasnt paying attention. Needs Windshield wipers The Transmission has an issue it works perfectly fine when cold goes through all the gears when it warms up it takes some playing with the shift lever to get it to move, sometimes it doesn't move. when this happens I have to shut the car off turn it back on and try again. that usually works. I have taken it to a Mechanic who specializes in BMW's, I was informed the solenoids need to be replaced or possibly the entire transmission. I have since purchased a new BMW and I have opted to sell this car as is. It will need brakes and rotors from sitting outside for the past 6 months but even so the brakes work now, also the tires are getting low, best to have the replaced. The airbox hose was recently replaced due to dry rot. The car had no check engine codes before i pulled the hose to replace is and now the code is on, I will drive the car and ensure there are no serious codes I am confident that the code kicked on because I removed the hose. the car can probably use a tune up, new plugs and an oil change, nothing I wouldn't expect wont be done when its purchased anyways.
