1940 Buick Project Car I do not have a title for this car. I do not know any history on this car. 84,719 is not the true mileage. The car does not have a motor, however the transmission is there. Some areas are rusted through. The body has surface rust as you will see in the pictures. I do not have the rear fenders. The car floors need to be replaced. The gas tank is out of the car. I no longer have the hood stainless center strip or hood ottoman. This would make a really cool rat rod or hot rod.
