This Xterra was purchased in 2010 as a certified pre-owned Nissan in Northern NJ, and is used for long road trips and on weekends, thus the actual mileage from the listing may vary slightly. As of 9/1/2014 there is $2,236.32 owed to Nissan Finance, which will be deducted from final transaction price. According to the factory specs, it has a 4.0 Liter V6 engine with 261hp and 281 lb.-ft of torque, and has a maximum towing weight of 5,000 pounds. Although I have purchased this vehicle with Nissan's Security+Plus Extended Warranty Plan (expires 2/9/2016 or 100k miles), please note per the contract, the transfer of the Warranty is not guaranteed and is thus NOT being guaranteed with the sale (Transfer contingent on Nissan approval, of course).
